Come on out and try any of our group classes and it’s guaranteed that you will be getting a full body workout everyday that will challenge the fittest, but is accessable to those looking to lose weight/inches or get back into shape.

If you are interested in the fastest results, improving specific skills or off-season training for nearly any sport we recommend coming in to talk about personal training. All of the trainers at GTX can design programs concentrating on weight loss, muscle mass increase or sport-specific performance.
