Our kids conditioning class is a fitness class for kids 8-16 years old. The purpose of the class is to promote the importance of physical fitness and nutrition, instruct physical skills, improve health, and promote self confidence in children. We will teach basic gymnastic movements including: the squat, push ups, sit ups pull ups, rope climbing, running, agility drills, and jumping. Each class will include a workout of the day where the child will learn to follow directions, communicate and work as a team. Most importantly, your children will have fun in a safe environment where they can learn new skills, and consistently improve on them from the first day they come in.
